• To get your tickets cancelled, make sure you refer to the following URL: www.airfrance.com 

• This is the only URL that will take you to the official website of Air France. Rest any other website will be misleading. Also, any other website does not have the authority to cancel the tickets.

• When you land on the official website’s first page, you will find the “cancellation and refund” option. Click on that, and you will be redirected to a fresh page.

• The next page will show you the cancellation policy of Air France. And will also give you the cancellation form.

• The cancellation form will ask you to write down the booking reference number, the date of the journey and your last name. 

• Once you submit the form, the cancellation process will be initiated, and the confirmation for the same will be sent to your email and your registered mobile number.

• If you had booked your tickets just 24 hours before the cancellation time, then you will not have to pay any cancellation charges, and the entire booking amount will be refunded.

• Well, even if you have cancelled your ticket in the first 24 hours and your ticket is a “non-refundable” one, you will also not get any refund except for the taxes.

• You will not be eligible for a refund if you have not booked your ticket directly from the official website. 

• If your travel agent has booked tickets, then for the cancellation amount, you will have to talk to them.
